We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. That's why we offer easy returns on all orders and free returns for U.S. customers! You may return any item by initiating a return request within 14 days of the delivery date. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund.

Please follow these simple steps to return your item:

1. Contact us via the contact form. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

2. We will send a prepaid return label within 2 business days to the email address you provided at the time of purchase.

3. Pack your item securely and apply the label. 

4. Take it to the post office within 5 business days.

Returned items must be in new condition and must not show any signs of wear. Each item will be inspected upon receipt, and refund requests may be denied if returned items are not in their original condition. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and issue your refund within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it could take an additional 7 to 10 days for the funds to appear in your account. 

Exchanges

You may exchange your item for a different size or another item of the same price. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship out your new item. Please contact us to request an exchange.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items marked as final sale or gift cards. We do not accept returns or exchanges of promotional products or free products from giveaways/sweepstakes.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for all U.S. orders. International return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. In these cases, a prepaid return label will be provided and return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your items upon arrival. If you notice any damage or irregularities, contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we may remedy the problem.
