Each PIXIBU product is handmade to order. Production typically takes 4 to 7 business days, and shipping typically takes 6 to 9 business days inside the U.S.
International shipping times vary depending on location.
Customers in the U.S. will receive a tracking number. Once your item has shipped, please use the tracking information to get updates on when your order will arrive.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items once they leave our facility. If you have not received your items by the delivery date stated on the tracking information page, please contact the postal service directly.
Shipping Costs
Orders over $59 ship for free within the United States. U.S. orders less than $59 and international orders ship for a flat rate of $3.95 to $9.99 depending on location.
