We want our customers to be completely satisfied! But we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund minus the cost of return shipping. We are unable to make exceptions for return requests made past the 30-day window.
Returned items must be in like new condition with all tags attached. They must not show any signs of wear. Each item will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt, and partial refunds may be issued if returned items are not in the original condition.
Please follow these steps to return your item:
1. Contact us via the contact form. Include your order number in the message.
2. Wait for the return label to arrive in your inbox (typically within 24 hours)
3. Pack your item securely and apply the label.
4. Take it to the post office within 5 business days.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and issue your refund within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it could take an additional 7 to 10 days for the funds to appear in your account.
We regret that we are unable to process an exchange. You may return your item and make a new purchase before or after your refund has been processed.
