We want our customers to be completely satisfied, and we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. Rest assured, returns are free! You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund (minus any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase). We are unable to make exceptions for return requests made past the 30-day window.

Returned items must be in new condition and must not show any signs of wear. Each item will be inspected upon receipt, and refund requests may be denied if returned items are not in their original condition. 

Please follow these steps to return your item:

1. Contact us via the contact form. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Wait for the return label to arrive in your inbox (typically within 24 hours)

3. Pack your item securely and apply the label. 

4. Take it to the post office within 5 business days.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and issue your refund within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it could take an additional 7 to 10 days for the funds to appear in your account. 

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for all U.S. orders! For international orders, return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund.


We are only able to process an exchange for a different size of the same product, or another item of equal value. In all other cases, you may return your item and make a new purchase before or after your refund has been processed. 

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your items upon arrival. If you notice any damage or irregularities, contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we may remedy the problem.
